Terms of use and digital content purchase terms. • Effective date: February 5, 2026
§ 1. General Provisions & Service Provider
The owner and operator of TurboTok is: Taka Idea based in Szczecin, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): PL8511830043, email: administrator@takaidea.pl. These Terms govern the usage of the game and the delivery of digital card packs.
§ 2. Technical Operational Model (No-Account)
The application operates in a no-account, client-first structure. The Service Provider does not maintain a central user account registry. All acquired decks and customizations remain saved in the local memory of the User's device.
§ 3. Digital Purchases & In-App Billing
All stated prices include applicable taxes. In the mobile app, purchases are executed through Google Play Billing / Apple App Store. On the web version, transactions are handled via Przelewy24 or Stripe.
§ 4. Immediate Digital Delivery & Withdrawal Rights
Delivery of purchased digital content (card decks) takes place immediately upon successful payment confirmation by unlocking the decks directly in the device memory. Given the immediate nature of digital goods delivery, the User consents to instant fulfillment. For mobile purchases, refunds follow standard Google Play / App Store policies.
